Subli Flock dye sublimation flock
SUBLIMATION FLOCK FOR LIGHT AND DARK COLOURS
Our soft feel sublimation flock enables you to do full colour sublimation printing onto light and dark coloured cotton, polyester, and polyester mix textiles.  
 
The flock texture of the material prints perfectly to enable you to sublimation print colourful images onto t-shirts and other garments of all colours.
 
The flock is supplied on a clear adhesive backing which allows for fine cutting and aids registration.
 
The flock can be cut by most standard cutters including the Silhouette Cameo and Cricut.

We supply Subli Flock by the metre (44 cms wide) and also in strips 44 x 29.2 cm for the Silhouette Cameo/Cricut and 22.5 x 44 cm for the Silhouette Portrait. 
 
Wherever possible orders for more than one metre will be supplied as one continuous piece.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cut out your text or design on your Subli Flock and then weed out excess material.
 
You can use a cutter for this or just a pair of scissors for simple shapes. 
 
Print your design using sublimation ink in reverse onto sublimation paper.
 
Set your heat press to 190°C to 200°C.
 
Align your sublimation paper onto your Subli Flock.
 
Press for 20 to 25 seconds using medium pressure and then peel the sublimation paper when cool.
 
Position the printed Subli Flock onto your garment.
 
Using medium pressure press for 5 seconds. Cover the flock design with a Teflon (PTFE) sheet or with silicon / greaseproof paper to protect the inside of your heat press.
 
We recommend that you run your own cut and print tests before starting production using this material.

Washing Instructions 
40C standard. Can be ironed inside out on a low setting. Do not tumble dry
